Ok, so, to make a long story short, i'm stressing hadcore, and worried as fuck. My parents don't want to help me with hiring an attorney when I go next week to court. So I have to find one on my own, on my bartenders salary. They've had two months to tell me that they weren't gonna help me, and all this time they had me thinking they were, so guys if you don't see me for awhile after next week, well its probably cuz im in lock up. WTF, im not a criminal, but I probably have no chance going up against a judge all bymyself. If shit hits the fan fuck it, if I go back to jail, I guess all I can do is suck it up right. I just wish someone had my back, someone to tell me shits gonna be allright. Sometimes I think its some kind of fucking sick joke my parents are playing on me you know, some kind of lesson they're trying to teach me, but since I can remember they've really never had my back on anything. I love them both, I'd give up a kidney or a lung, even though I don't think one of my lungs would do them any good the way I chain smoke, you're spoiled if you have both kidneys anyways. So, fuck, what do I do now. |

So it looks like I missed a few parties this week
I allready gave them the heads up at work that I'll
be leaving soon, I don't know when but soon, I think
they're being cool about it, I need to hang out with
my buds, I hate being a slave to my job, its funner
than shit but yeah, making all that money doesn't mean
shit to me, if I can't find time to even enjoy myself
So I setup the Christmas tree all bymmyself, someone said
she was gonna come help me decorate it and stuff, but
she never showed,lol, its ok, im sure she has a good reason
im just alittle sad she didn't call to tell me she wasn't
coming, it would have saved me some time
but other than that I hope everyone had a good thanxgiving
and well, I can't wait til we start partying again sometime
well i hope i start partying again sometime with all of ya'll

| Spending Turkey Day Alone |

So,I'll be spending thanksgiving and friday, and saturday alone, the family is going out of town to SA,for one of my lil brothers soccer games, apparently his team has gone undefeated so yeah. I also have to work all week, so i won't be able to go with them, and the fact that im terribly sick right now isn't making shit any better, i've been coughing up flem and feverish for the past two days, but I guess everyoen leaving is gonna be a good thing, i get to relax with out anyone bugging me. Since everyone's leaving thursday afternoon for SA, we're having turkey day dinner tomorrow night, so im looking forward to getting stuffed before i have to go to work.

so i've been working at Hillbillies for a couple of days now
I absolutely love working there, my co workers are the shit
my bosses are the coolest bosses i've ever fucking had
but i think im only gonna stick around for a few more weeks there
the hours are killing me, i have one of those really hectic scedules
and although i have so much fun working there, those hours are
just going to drive me insane, if i dont do something quick
10 pm til 5a.m sometimes, its crazy, then to be up by 9 do take care of shit
so yeah im thinking just a few more weeks just to pay the bills
you know this whole sobriety thing suxs, its hard enough to work at
a place where alcohol flows like water in a river, thats over flowing from a flood
yeah the temptationg to get shitfaced after work is always there, but
i'd rather be sober and bored than to go back to jail and become someones bitch
yeah not my idea of fun, so i guess sobriety it is for now
im constanlty paranoid at ever cop that i see driving by you know its drving me nuts
so, we hung out at Peppers the other night, jammed on stage, for the first time
which is really wierd considering that i was getting used to the outside gigs
word is they might be booking us for december there at peppers, another reason
why im also giving hillbillies a few more weeks, its rare that you get a night off there
so, we're looking for a name, unless the guys came up with one allready, so
if ya'll have any sugggggguestions let us know, cuz we're desperate so yeah
an a last note, who the hells coming down for turkey day vacation, those of you
out of town buddies of mine, better give me a call letting me know your gonna be
in town for turkey day, we'll get togehter and have so much funnnnn, as long as

Well what can I say about the events of this past week
I've had alot of fun last week, you know
I hung out with my boys, met a girl, took her home, to bad she's psyco
she wants to marry me and have my kids, I told her she was crazy
Went to Hibillies Thursday night to celebrate Cam's burfday
we were having fun, drinking up, dancing just having a good time
I left Hibillies and was on my way home, and got pulled over
I got arrested, for the first time, and hopefully last
I never thought that I would ever get arrested, well
I never thought i'd get arrested for Drinking and Driving
it was bound to happen, it was like i was playing rush and roulette
with the law, thinking I could out smart, out run the law, and the law won
thank God I am blessed with a great mom, and great friends
I got arrested, went to McAllen jail, and spent the night there
til the judge finally came in, and after that I was sent to county
in my head all i could think about is, i hope everyone i was with
that night made it home allright, you know, and i know there
probably worrying about me right now, and just as i thought
i was right, my buddies tried to bail me out of jail
i couldn't ask for greater friends than all of you
even a new friend thats come into my life, who im barely getting to know
and she's barely getting to know me, with out even thinking about it
she put up the money to bail me out, Thanx Mecca for that,
and thanx guys for showing up at county trying to bail me out
you have no idea home much I love you guys, all i can say
is that im glad that my life has been graced by all of you
for caring so much and worrying about me, i dont know how i can
make it up to you all, even though, y'all didn't bail me it
it was the thought that counts, im sorry if i've let y'all down
But on a lighter note, I can not wait til this Saturday for the
Holloween party, it sha'll be a blast, our band is playing,
great friends are coming, and hopefully it will turn out to be a blast
but take my situation as a lesson we should all learn from
I just can't wait til the day comes so that we can all get together and
have fun, our band has been working semi hard and serious on this
to put on a good show for all the boys and gooll's,
you know, lately i've been meeting alot of great girls, you know
and I haven't been trying to, and I guess I'm just not ready too
I really want to, but what can I say this summer that has passed
was a great one, I met a great girl, who I thought could have been
the one, but now one of my best friends and her are together, and
you know what, I couldn't be happier for them, I really do believe
they belong together, I'm not angry, I'm not jelous, I'm just alittle
I guess you could say, sad, everyone seems to be getting together
with someone worth jumping into a relationship, and although this one girl
I met, is awesome, she really is a sweet girl, I don't think it would work out
you know its like that song by Kevin Fowler, " HARD MAN TO LOVE" it seems
like that song was written about yours truely, and well, for those of you
who know me, I can be a handful, I've never been a cheater, or dishonest
you can even ask me ex THE ABBINATOR if I ever did anything to question
our relationship, or atleast I hope I didn't, and I don't think I did, cuz
she wouldn't be one of the greatest friends this kid could ever ask for,
but I am a handful, i do have my moments where I'm just hard to handle,
and well I need someone who is strong, and tough enough to put up with me
when I get out of line, and til i meet someone who will make me WALK THE LINE,
i think im gonna feel sad and lonely for awhile, but I guess patient is something
i need to be, i learned to be patient while i was locked up, and well,
yeah it sucked, boredum, the night i got arrested i got this feeling
of just i dont know what you would call it, but it just wont seem to go away
anyways, i just wanted to remind all my buds and friends that I love them, and
that i appreciate them sticking around for me when others wouldn't |

we've made them worth the time and effort

and getting my ass kicked as AK'S yeah we've had some good times
I never got to thank ya'll for being there for my party a couple
weeks ago, it was a blast, having most of my great friends there
and wishing some would have gone, but didn't it was great
those who didn't go, ya'll can make it upto me later
Thanx Abby for the GnR's shirt, I love the damn thing, i think im gonna
wear it out in about a month, to Angie and Eddie for covering my tab that night,
thankyou all for getting me shitfaced pissed drunk

Well here I am, just sitting here watching Waynes World part I
I just got in from hanging out with Jason and his cousin, and
Martha, went to go see Caleb, then met up with Orly and Marky
at Buffalo Wild Wings
I'm kind of losing my mind, i haven't had a cigarette in 2 days
and its driving me nuts, but we'll see how long I can keep this
up, hopefully I'll never smoke again but thats all depending on
how much I really want to stay smoke free I'll admit I want one
so bad right now, but I know I shouldn't and I know I probably
wont go out and buy a pack
Yeah I know its been a few days since I've last written anything
in this thing, but work has got me really busy, but I still make
time to hang out with my buddies, last Monday I went to Chaps w/
Caleb and we got really drunk, we have good stories to tell about
that night, it was funny, hung out with my buddy Marco on Wednesday,
then again with everyone there for the Spurs & Pistons game 2-0 haha
then we went to hillbillies and just had a blast, i mean what more
could i ask for, 50 cent draft, 5 dollar pitchers, good friends to
hang out with and a beautiful girl to dance with you know (thanx for putting
up with my dancing skills Connie,lol), that reallymade my week, my day
my night, im so looking forward to going back there this coming thursday
maybe go and get back on the bull, i did alot better than i thought
i would have, but hopefully i'll stay on the whole ride this time
i almost had it done but nope, lol,
anyways, i probably should get to bed, in need to wake up early so that
i can go for my run, ive been doing two miles a day, just trying to
keep myself going, and doing push ups and pull ups, and sit ups, to the point
of muscle failure(intenstinal forditude) we call it, keep going, til
your drop and are no longer physcially able to go on

Well it's been a couple days, or weeks

this thing. Things are going pretty well
My love life still suxs, seriously
See lately it hasn't gotten hard to meet
anyone, the hard part is getting them
to stick around, Met this awesome girl,
and things were going great, but then she
tells me she has a bf, which was kind of
dissapointing i'll admit, but atleast she
had the guts to tell me that she was allready
seeing someone, i know one that will keep
you believing that things are gonna work out
between the two of you, and even though, in
her mind theres is no way anything is gonna
happen between the two of you, she'll keep
on make you think that they well.
met another cool girl, but, she moved to
california out of the blue,called me up the
day she left, just to say goodbye,
but as far as anything like that goes, im ok
I've been making alot of great progress on the whole
Alternative/TexasCountry/Blues/Hick-Rock original stuff
I just can't wait til i have a good 6 or 5 more songs
to make a short set with all the other original songs
i've written, maybe pick out the best three out of
the 10 and make a demo, send it up to Austin, see what
happens. cuz Nashville suxs
Work still suxs, as always, i feel like im always
getting dicked over at work, but whatever, as soon
as late July rolls around, im getting the hell out of
there. All i've been thinking about is the good time,
we are sure to have at S.P.I it never fails, that every
time we go, we have a blast, make great memories to
last us a lifetime, but sure not to remember them with all
the dang drinking and partying we do lol. I'm getting the
notion that on my next 3 day off thing, im just gonna
head the hell out there, even if i do go alone, just to relax
by the shore, think of it as therapy for all the stress im
under and shit like that

Yesterday was hardly anywhere near a good day
I started the day at 5 something in the morning
to be able to be at work by 6 30, I do my thing
here at the house then im off to the gas station
to gas up my truck and a pack of smokes for the day,
and as im pumping gas, trying to put my shirt on for
work, some huge motherfucker, comes up from behind
grabs me by my shoulders, screams boo, and starts shaking me
im thinking oh great, the day is barely starting
and im getting robbed, happened to me once before
diffrent gas station same street actually,
but this time, I grabbed this dudes left arm, reveresed behind him
and slammed him face first into my truck, i can't begin
to describe how pissed off i was, i wanted to hurt this fucker bad
but as people hurried inside the store, and stared out the window
with out any inclination to try to help me out
this guy is like, no no, man, stop, im a jehovas witness
im just trying to give you or preach to you the word of the lord
im thinking Jehovas witness my ass your trying to rob me
then out of nowhere he pulls out a pamplet, and i let him go
cursed him out for a good 5 minutes, asking him what his fuckin
deal is, didnt even want to hear what he had to say
told him i had to go to work, and just left
bet you he didnt see that ass kicking coming
i mean who the fuck, does that shit, at 6 something in the morning
to a stranger, who the fuck grabs you like that and screams boo
and is trying to preach god to you, i have a feelng this dude
was upto no good, he seemed kind off his mental state alittle
Then I get to work, and pulled a close to 15 hour shift,
it was a long day, i had to deliver to like 7 Hospitals,
all with order of close to 200 pizza's each
yeah imagine trying to fit all that crap in my truck,
but shit got done, i was so damn tired, i was really pissed off,
they let fuckers who show up really late to work,
especially on a really important busy day like today,
and instead of sending the ones that show up early, and been there
all day, they send home the ones that get there all late,
and are the laziest fuckers, on earth who dont do jack shit but
sit on there asses all day, i swore that if i wasn't out by 10
they shouldn't expect me to come to work on thursday
cuz its complete bullshit, managment there suxs, i hate to say it
but it does, they don't know how to manage time, usage of drivers
they'd rather send home someone whos a buddy to them, than a co worker home
even though they didnt do really much of anything, and there constant
bitching and nagging of how tired they are, granted i bitch and complain
but after a 13 hour day, i think i have the right to start complaining
so it looks like im looking for a new job, before i can quit this one
i sure am gonna miss the cash though, i make close to 12 bucks an hour
its awesome, if anything, thats the only reason i put up with everything
so i finally i get off at work, at around 10, im so tired and worn out
and hungry, cuz i haven't eaten anything, and ive been smoking all day
to supress my appetite, the guys wanted to have practice, so instead of
going home showering up, maybe eating something, i head on over to calebs
place strait from work, practice was good, playing basketball with the guys
now thats priceless, im suprised i still had some much enegery, cuz i play
hard, non stop running around, and shit, but it was funny seeing everyone
try to make shots and miss them, and jason runnning, halarious. lol
Anyways, we're hitting SIMON SEZ tonight, DOWN SOUTH is playing should be a good night

It has really been a long day
I worked my ass off today
and thank God someone noticed
I was day shift,and let me go home
tomorrow I don't think i will be so luck
I have to be at work at 7 a.m and
im scheduled to work til 8pm
thats gonna suck ass
but atleast I have Wednesday off
to go hang out and check out a
really kick ass band called
DOWN SOUTH, at SIMON SEZ
yesterday was ok
i worked til close
but i met this really nice girl
on one of my deliveries
it was actually my first delievery
of the day yesterday
looked very familiar and we started talking
she invited me in
while she got the check ready
and we talked didnt get back to the
store til about 20 minutes later
cuz i kind of lost track of time
but she gave me her number, and
i actually had the balls to call her today
and talk, and well she's looking forward to going out
as am i, said she was a big baseball fan
so then she talked about the Edinburg Roadrunners
and maybe we can go catch a game together
on one of my days off
so, im requesting next friday off
so we'll se what happens
to catch the roadrunners vs San angelo on the 20th
anyways, that pretty much made my day
ive been doing really well on tips
in just two days i've made close to
100 bucks, so looks like new guitar time
all my check goes to saving up for a place to move into
and for my future education
so im in a good mood, just hope no one fucks it up for me
cuz i know i wont fuck it up, im feeling to damn good
so i'll see ya'll wednesday at simon sez if
everything goes well, and practice tomorrow night i think
at Sex Jelly's place,

Well today was a pretty intresting day
I woke up today with a huge hangover
Celebrated Marco's burfday last night
and well, 3 dollar jack n coke at Mints
I got a little carried away
I needed it anyways,
I played and sang Betterman w/a band called IN THE RED
they are really good, great singer
and its amazing, a 3 piece band
singer plays acoustic guitar,
they have a cello player in place of a bassist
and a drummer, not bad, good catchy originals
dont know how I made it home
dont really care, just as long as i made it home
woke up with the hangover, and alot on my mind
heartache suxs ass, sometimes i just feel like
giving up on finding someone
but surprsingly i've been acting pretty well
i haven't acted immature as many would think i would
im pretty fucking proud of myself
but on the lighter side of things
im looking forward for saturday
im really anxious to play with my boys and have a good time
i think the party is just gonna be so much fun
weather we pull off all the songs or not
i better see you guys out there enjoying yourselves

Well today was a pretty hardcore busy day
I cashed my check, but had to open an account
before I could actually cash it
the girl that was helping me out with the whole
paper work stuff, was kind of cute, asked me out
cuz supposedly she remembered from a show i did
many nights ago at newmans with FIN
and she said that if I wanted to, I could meet her
at newmans tonight, i told that I didnt know
and see what would happen
but I had to be at work til 10 so I thought
wound up didn't get out til just a few minutes ago
at about 1 30 something, yeah its been a long day
shit gets boring when you finish everythign your
suppose to be doing for the day
i say why put off for tomorrow what you can finish today
its been a really long week
i havent seen my best bud abby all week, i've been dying to see
her maroon hair
i got run off the road while i was on delivery
i thought my truck was gonna flip over
considering i was hauling ass to get to the address
cuz the order was 30 minutes late as it was
some damn huge dodge ram nearly side swipes me
and pushes me into a field on Dove and 23rd
needless to say I was pretty damn pissed
its crazy its like something good happens
and then something has to go and just trash it for me
i haven't been able to sleep very well
tuesday i celebrated three years sober
and I kind of wanted to go out and celebrate, maybe go out
and have dinner with someone I really care about
cuz, just seeing her would have made that day so much better
but I called her up to see i she wouldnt mind me stopping by
but before I could even say what i wanted she hung up one me
what it is i did wrong this time, i dont know
ive come to realize, that no matter what i say or do
im never gonna meet her expectations
so yeah this really hasn't been the greatest
but i cant complain cuz, im just happy things ain't worse
i still have my friends and family alive, and thats that matters
but y'all call me up sometime and maybe we'll get together on my day off
and hell fuck it, i'll even pay for lunch
so to my boy marky whos taking off for training somewhere
